      Mary was a twin. {born 1 Apr 1632, bapt. 17 Apr 1632, per
      N.E.Hist.Gen.Register, 139:299} Amos Otis, "Genealogical Notes of Barnstable Families" (Goss Publishers, 1888) states that William married Mary, daughter of Hugh Burt of Lynn, Mass., and had Mary (b. 21 Nov 54) and William (b. 1656) "and probably others." Also identifying Mary as surnamed Burt is "Library of Cape Cod History and Genealogy - The Bassett Family of Yarmouth."
