      Peter Cooper, Jacob Hartzell, and Joseph Frey Jr. ascertained the "... advancements made by the deceased in his lifetime to his children, ascertain what amount of the real estate will be necessary for the payment of the debts of the said deceased..." made report "... we have distributed as follows to the widow 1/3 as per asc. with one year interest, to each of the following heirs to wit, John $158; Catharine $158; Elizabeth $158; Lydia $158; Anna $158; Julianna $158; Peter $158. Christian & Elias having already rec'd prior to the death of their father, more than they are entitled to, which we believe to be correct, witness our hands the 4th day of December Anno Domini 1833 Peter Cooper Jacob Hartzel, Joseph Fry Jr."
