  • Notes
    • Land Records
Jared is mentioned as the owner of Lot #8 in Belchertown, Hampshire County, Massachusetts next to Lot #7 that his brother, Roswell, purchased on 18 Apr 1769.

Lot #8 was still owned by Ebenezer and Benjamin Pemberton on 19 June 1767 (per the deed transfer of Lot #7 from Pembertons to Thomas Halbert, Jr. - FHL#845695 Vol 9, p470-1) Lot #7 was sold by Thomas Halbert to Roswell on 18 Apr 1769.

Some time between 19 June 1767 and 18 April 1769, Jared purchased the 105 acres of Lot #8. Need to check the Hampshire County, MA deed records.
