Florence LaVernia Wood's notes on Percival Line:
Warren Jr. was the youngest child, he was two years old when the family moved to Ohio. He could remember of his elder brothers carrying him on their backs when he got tired of riding.

"Post Offices. - The Wyoming Post Office, located on Section 35, was established in 1848, William S. Richardson was appointed first Postmaster. He was succeeded by Robert Rule, who established a stand in Wyoming Valley in 1852. Four years later, Mr. Rule disposed of his store to Warren Perciville, who also took charge of the post office. Subsequently, O. Hopkins started a shop and became Postmaster."

Last Will and Testament
of Warren Percival, Died
Know all men by these (unreadable) that I, Warren Percival of, Hardin Co., and the State of Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do, hereby on this 11th day of January, A.D. 1890 make this last Will and Testament.
I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Sophronia B. Percival all my property, both personal and real, to be hers for ever, including my interest in and to the South-East quarter of Section (26) Twp. (88) Range (21) W. (5" P.M. unsure what this is) Iowa.
In witness where of I hereunto set my hand this 11th day of January, 1890.
